Bramson signs to write North Miami Beach history
Prolific South Florida history writer Seth Bramson is at it again.
His Miami Beach history -- 'Sunshine, Stone Crabs and Cheesecake: The Story of Miami Beach' -- has gone to the printer. When it goes on sale sometime late this fall, history buffs will get a new slant on Miami Beach. Bramson assues that "95 percent of the images" in the 128-page book have never been published before.
Bramson is off to his next project -- a history of North Miami Beach. On July 8, he signed a deal to produce "From Farms and Fields to the Future: The Incredible History of North Miami Beach." Expect it to be out early in 2010.
Bramson previously produced a history of Sunny Isles Beach and his Aventura history is due out within weeks. He also has published books on Florida's rail history, other South Florida areas and religious communities.
