Aventura developer Jeffrey Soffer is on the wrong end of another hefty lawsuit.

Just weeks after his Fontainebleau Las Vegas project started slugging it out with creditors in bankruptcy court, contractors involved in the extensive updating of the original Fontainebleau Miami Beach are suing over $65 million in unpaid bills.
