The former QX Bio-Tech Inc. has finished its name change and has emerged as AcuMedSpa Holdings Inc., The Aventura-based operators of medical facilities across South Florida will now trade as AMSZ on the OTC exchange.

Brian Sperber continues as CEO but the officers and directors of QX Bio-Tech have resigned. Sperber says he'll be issuing an update on the company's status, business model and growth strategy, according to a Sept. 21 press release.

The firm's website -- www.acumedspa.com -- lists 13 locations offering services ranging from accupuncture and massage to medically formulated facials and "advanced technology aesthetics."
