Village complex to open with ‘Carnivalia’ events(0)
A four-day ‘Carnivalia’ will celebrate the grand opening of The Village at Gulfstream Park Feb. 11 -14.
The plans were announced Dec. 9 by officials of Forest City, the retail center’s developer, and Gulfstream Park race track and casino.
