I'm happy to see that finally the various groups that had to agree on the restoration of the pier has taken place.

The pier atmosphere has to be in harmony with the beauty of the city and with the organization of it's streets, as I have property in the city it is of interest to all that we keep our save and beautiful.

We don't want to risk atracting dangerous sea life that can endanger the life of our swimers, if we must have fishing in the pier please keep this in mind to alocate the appropriate schedule.

ANYTIME IT RESULTS IN A ACCIDENT , THE POLICE ALWAYS SAY THEY WERE NOT CHASING THE SUSPECT! BUT ATLEAST THEY THE (POLICE) LIES MADE IT A VICTORY FOR THE ACCUSED AND THE CHARGES WERE DOWNGRADED TO LESSER AND HE IS ABLE TO BOND OUT OF JAIL NOWWWW. BUT LIKE WITNESS SAID THEY THE POLICE WERE CHASING BECAUSE THINK ABOUT IT..... IF YOU HAVE MADE IT 2 TO 3 MILES FROM THE MALL ...HELL WHY ARE YOU STILL SPEEDING? BY NOW YOU COULD HAVE JUMPED OUT OR DITCHED THE VEHICLE IF THAT WAS THE CASE HELL IT WAS A RENTAL THAT DIDN'T BELONG TO YOU........ THINK ABOUT IT READERS????? THE POLICE DID NOT WANT TO BE HELD >RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCIDENT/DEATH!

I spoke to the police on June 29th and was told there was no warrant out for his arrest. I found this strange since there was a stolen property report filed. Frustrated I withdrew $1,300 to hire a private investigator since his phone records indicated where he could probably be found. Had the police ACTED on the information GIVEN DIRECTLY AFTER THE ROBBERY, chances are Christopher would still be alive today.
I think it's safe to say the people requesting donations by phone better not call me!

Burch was deceased on June 24th. The reciept was in his car and police were not investigating ****. I filed a missing police report and told them about this cell phone log with I offered to the police at the time I made the report. There was no search of the vehicle once the body was found. ALL receipts for the generators taken were found inthe car as well, BY ME when I took possession. The police did NOTHING!!!!!

What world are you talking about with a diminishing supply of wet slips routinely selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars? Has anyone checked out the slip situation in Aventura lately?

I live in Wiliams Island. You can name your price on a slip here. Plenty to choose from too.
