Village complex to open with ‘Carnivalia’ events

A four-day ‘Carnivalia’ will celebrate the grand opening of The Village at Gulfstream Park Feb. 11 -14.
The plans were announced Dec. 9 by officials of Forest City, the retail center’s developer, and Gulfstream Park race track and casino.

The Village at Gulfstream sets Feb. 11 opening

The Village at Gulfstream Park is officially on the clock.
Developer Forest City Enterprises has announce the retail and office complex adjacent to the Hallandale Beach casino and racetrack will open Feb. 11, 2010 – exactly six months from today and right on schedule.
Also, Forest City announced a handful of new tenants have signed on:
